The retreat officially runs from the evening of December 2 through the afternoon of December 6, 2026. Holiday House is intentionally one day longer than many of our traditional retreat weekends to allow space for our full Disneyland adventure day while still keeping the experience relaxed, immersive, and connection-focused rather than rushed

Holiday House takes place in Newport Beach, California, inside a private beachside home just outside Disneyland. Tucked along the coast and designed entirely around the experience, the space will transform into a pastel Swiftmas dream AND a sparkling, reputation-coded New Year’s Eve escape.

We’re located roughly 30 minutes from Disneyland, making it easy to spend a full day inside the parks before returning home to beach air, cozy nights, and late-night conversations with the girls. The ocean is just steps away, with plenty of time built in for coffee walks, sunsets, and slow California mornings between activities.

While every Session looks a little different, the heart of them stays the same: shared spaces, themed nights, music playing through the house, long conversations around the table, and the kind of connection that turns a weekend away into something you carry home with you.

Our events are intentionally designed as safe, celebratory spaces for women to connect through shared experiences of girlhood, creativity, and community. That focus is what makes the energy of these weekends so unique and meaningful.

We are also proud to welcome trans women and non-binary individuals who feel aligned with the spirit of this space. While we’d love to expand access even further in the future, we’re currently a small team with limited resources and are not yet able to accommodate all guests or lodging configurations.

As we grow, so will our ability to offer broader opportunities — always with care, intention, and inclusion at the heart. 💫

Yes — attendees must be 21 or older. These retreats are designed for adult women looking to reconnect with themselves and others through creativity, friendship, and joy.

Absolutely. Most of our attendees come solo — and leave with lifelong friendships. This is a safe, welcoming space designed to help you feel connected and celebrated just as you are.

Your ticket covers:
• 5 days / 4 nights at our private beachside Holiday House in Newport Beach, California
• A fully immersive holiday experience blending pastel Swiftmas nostalgia with sparkling New Year’s Day-inspired celebrations throughout the weekend
• Cozy breakfast basics, themed dinners, snacks, desserts, and festive drinks throughout the retreat
• All guided activities, including ornament decorating, friendship bracelet making, vision boarding, themed group moments, and curated experiences throughout the weekend
• Swiftmas Morning with matching pajamas, stockings, gift exchanges, frozen hot chocolate, and Christmas morning energy with the girls
• Sparkle Supper — our dressed-up dinner party night featuring candlelight, champagne toasts, themed cocktails, and heartfelt moments together

Great question! While your ticket covers almost everything once you arrive, here’s what’s not included:

✈️ Travel to and from the retreat location (flights, gas, airport transfers, etc.)

🎢 Disneyland admission tickets, parking, and transportation to/from the parks

🍸 Extra personal purchases (alcoholic beverages while out, souvenirs, shopping, or optional off-site purchases)

💆‍♀️ Optional add-ons or personal experiences outside the hosted retreat activities

We’ll always communicate clearly ahead of time if anything optional comes with an extra cost — no surprises here, just holiday magic, friendship, and a little glitter ✨

The closest airport to Holiday House is John Wayne Airport (SNA) — approximately 15–20 minutes from our lodging and the easiest option for most attendees flying in. Long Beach Airport (LGB) and Los Angeles International Airport (LAX) are also nearby options depending on your travel plans and budget.

Flights and transportation are the responsibility of each attendee, but we’re always happy to help make the process feel less overwhelming. Once travel plans are booked, we can connect attendees arriving around similar times so you can coordinate shared rides, rental cars, or airport pickups together.

Holiday House was chosen for its balance of magic and accessibility — close enough to Disneyland for our full park adventure day, while still giving us space to slow down, gather together, and enjoy the beachside atmosphere throughout the weekend. Between ocean air, cozy themed spaces, and late-night conversations back at the house, the experience is designed to feel immersive, intentional, and easy to settle into from the moment you arrive.

We offer three lodging tiers, all designed around comfort, connection, and shared experience:

• 🎄 Holiday Haven – bed in a shared room with one fellow attendee only (no more than two guests per room). Room styles include a mix of bunk beds, twin beds, and queen beds assigned at random. Guests are welcome to request a roommate if both attendees are registered within the same tier.

• 🪩 Delicate Den – private room with a queen or king bed and shared bathroom access

• 🥂 New Year Nook – private king room with attached en suite bathroom (extremely limited) and may also be booked as a shared king suite for two guests at a reduced rate of $1,795 per person ($1,595 Early Bird)

✨ All options include the full experience: lodging, themed activities, curated experiences, hosted dinners, cozy breakfast basics, snacks, festive treats, and welcome gifts — the only difference is how you choose to rest and recharge throughout the weekend.

We love that you're nearby! That said, we kindly ask that all attendees stay onsite to keep the group connected and fully immersed in the retreat experience.

Many of the best moments happen outside of the scheduled activities — and we want you to be there for all of it.

Because our costs are distributed across meals, supplies, swag, and accommodations, we’re unable to offer a reduced rate for opting out of lodging. Thank you for understanding!

Yes! We offer Pay in 4 at checkout, so you can break your investment into more manageable payments.

As much as we love furry friends, pets aren’t allowed at our retreats.

ADA-recognized service animals may be considered with respect to their necessity. However, we can’t guarantee approval, since the final decision lies with each individual venue owners. With 20+ women sharing a home, allergies are a common factor for both attendees and homeowners, so we have to be mindful of those needs as well.

If you have an accessibility request, please reach out before booking. We’ll always do our best to explore options with care and transparency. 💕

We’ll send out a full packing list before the retreat — including any era-coded outfit inspo, cozy must-haves, and anything you’ll need for activities. Just bring yourself, your sparkle, and a willingness to connect.

This retreat is currently capped at 9 attendees. This creates a welcoming environment where real connections happen, and no one feels lost in the crowd.

We’ll be serving a few light, themed drinks throughout the weekend — think fun cocktails or mocktails that fit the vibe — but we do not provide a full bar or cater alcohol services.

You're welcome to BYOB and enjoy your own drinks responsibly, especially during dinners or late-night hangs.

As for smoking, we follow all local laws and respect legal cannabis use where permitted, but ask that any smoking (of any kind) be outdoors only and away from shared community spaces to keep things comfortable for all attendees.

Yes! While this particular event is U.S.-based, Sessions Retreats are hosted around the world, and we’d be absolutely honored to welcome friends from anywhere.

If you’re an international guest looking to join us, we’d love to hear from you and support you however we can. Community like this knows no borders. 💌

Because we begin booking venues, securing materials, and covering upfront costs the moment you reserve your spot, all payments are non-refundable.

We totally understand that life happens — but this retreat is a shared commitment. Every spot is accounted for in the overall budget, and when someone backs out, it affects the experience and cost for everyone else involved.

If you can no longer attend, you're welcome to transfer your spot to another guest, but it is your responsibility to sell or gift your ticket.
